I have always loved helping people.  I consider it a gift to be able to do the work that I do. What amazes me most as a therapist has been watching people change their lives in ways that they never thought possible. I always say, and I truly believe, that my clients have taught me way more than I have taught them over the years. 

 

It is possible to create a life that truly fits who you are. A life that feels joyful, genuine and more satisfying than you ever imagined.  It's never too late.  And I'm here to walk with you through that process.
