As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true self so that you can live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. While we cannot change painful experiences from the past, we can work to understand them and how they have influenced our thoughts, behaviors and ways of relating to others. In doing so, we can ultimately live a life that is richer, healthier and more satisfying. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques, we can work together to explore and change behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be barriers in your life. In my practice, I will offer you authenic, honest and compassionate support. You will learn how to "turn down the volume" on difficult emotions so that you can think more clearly, problem solve, heal and live a happier life.
